x-cart Custom Theme (our graphics and layout) You implement

x-cart Layout Modification ( NO DESIGN REQUIRED! Just implementation of our design and features) I need someone to modify the layout of x-cart gold ecommerce script. It is a newly installed script on a new website. I will provide you with diagrams that shows you exactly how the layout should be. No graphics designing necessary. Just implementation we will give you a PSD file of what we want the layout to look like including background. We have attached the layout in ms word file for you to view but the psd files will be similar just designed in a layered format. This WILL lead to more jobs from our company in the future if you are willing to do so and provide the quality we are looking for. I would like for the design to be implemented into our sandbox server testing mode and be easily transfered by adding it into the theme folder for x-cart on the actual sites ftp We would like this project completed within a Week
