The project we need done is very simple. The steps are as follows. We need a simple system that can 1. Receive SMS a payment gateway (one single number all the time) with 2 pieces of data and update the data onto an Access database. 2. Receive SMS from customer with 3 pieces of data 3. Data on customer SMS to be matched with database (3rd piece of data will be updated to the database through normal data entry) 4. If 'data match is ok', then pick another piece of data from the database and send to customer via SMS 5. If data match is incorrect, reply via SMS saying incorrect match the system will also need a screen, where data (received on customer SMS) and the customer mobile number can be input manually and steps 3 & 4 above to occur See attached flow chart. Please quote for above work excluding Access database (assuming we will provide Access database)

Hello, Its easy to do. But basic info missing what system is used to receive/send SMS. Are you use own setup where your mobile ( modem ) going to send/receive SMS or some third party system will do SMS send/receive operation? Either way its within my competency. if you have doubt feel free to contact me.
