162305 AJAX/JAVA Form & PHP Handler

I'm developing a tutorial site for graphic design artists and am looking for a way to quickly and neatly submit tutorials into the database. What I need developed is a method for the user (me) to create/submit new design tutorials and their individual steps(this number will vary), and an image to illustrate that particular step. Upon entering a new tutorial: The user should select "Tutorial Type" (Photoshop/Aftereffects/Illustrator...ect) and then input "Author Name" and "Tutorial Title" Next, for the tutorial "Steps", i wanted a single input text area (for step 1 of the tutorial) with a browse/upload image button. Below I wanted a "Add Another Step" button that dynamically creates another text area/upload image button for Step two, ...ect ...ect until the user has built his tutorial of steps and images > then save > write to database. I have a simple database setup with two simple tables; I can send you the schema and details... The design of the form can be very basic (I'm a designer ill hook it up later)
