58187 Transfer Page/Name Capture Pag

We need a name capture page that will take the information that the user enters and once the user clicks "submit" the info that the user entered will be place into the second page. The second page will be a custom page to exactly what the user entered in the first page. Not only do we need the information to carry over to the second page, but we need the info that is collected to be sent via email to our auto responder system.
