J-Query Image Slider

We would like a J-Query slider designed to look just like the image mock-up provided? <[login to view URL]> This slider would have logos from the schools using us as shown in the example. This slider would have to fit within the space on our current homepage (notice we made the box with the logos in it smaller).? Things needed: 1. User should be able to "pull" the slider to make logos slide faster or slower 2. It will need to be able to handle up to 500 logos 3. We currently have around 200 logos so they will need to load in a way that doesn't slow down the entire page load. Perhaps just a few at first they loading more later. 4. It needs to be easy to add additional logos/images Thanks
