Website - Reverse Auction

Please read whole description before bidding. My client wants a replica of every function on this site: [login to view URL] (please check each page) Note: Only functionality is needed, design work is done. Here's how it works: 1. User posts details about their item they want delivering (addresses to and from, item width, height, weight etc) or import using ebay id, pictures 2. Delivery drivers sign up and post how much they will charge. (reverse auction style - user can pick from the list or lowest bid) 3. People can see list of all items posted - or they can filter it based on location (from and to with radius limit on miles) 4. profile system with feedback 5. pm system if user wants to accept offer outside 6. Payment system (site owner gets percentage of auction price, delivery drivers can pay to be verified for extra benefits, user pays a deposit which is held by site owner until the delivery driver confirms for its release). How I was going to create it: - Use wordpress and responsive wordpress auction theme ([login to view URL]) and add any missing functions to it. The above theme has most of the functionality needed - reverse auction, custom fields, profiles, feedback, pm and payments (credit/escrow) so literally customising it to do the same as the site mentioned. (mainly to and from part with radius search). Please check the feature list. If you want to do it the way I mentioned, I will purchase and install wordpress and theme/plugin and get it install for you to start on. So bid for the work you think you may need to do. If you have a better way - let me know. I know the site mentioned is using Joomla and reverse auction plugin. Note: Unsure on anything - just ask :)
