Cell phone program

This project is going to involve a program that reads the address book information from all types of cell phones. I am going to want the ability to plug in any cell phone into the computer and retrieve the address data. The data will then be formatted for printout in specific size and order. The key is that any phone can be read with this program. I can not describe the project in anymore detail than this at this time without have a non disclosure signed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I would prefer the the operating system be windows xp.
