Need a program to send an instant message from Excel Visual Basic (VBA) VB to Trillian

I need to be able to send an instant message thru Trillian <[login to view URL]> using an Excel Macro (VBA). It should have this calling structure: SendTrillianMessage(NickName as string, IMService as string, MessageText as string, bKeepWindowOpen as boolean) When called, it will send the text in MessageText to the id in NickName at the service (AOL, Yahoo, MSN) in IMService. When submitting your bid, please indicate the language that you will be writing it in.
