Build a Website from A to Z

**WARNING** This project is for serious and trustful people with good website building skills and website design (style) skills. I know what I want and I will be paying a reasonable price for this project so pay attention to the following text. The website will be created to attract people about different subjects, but the principal subject will be "working from home". I need a website with a few design restrictions. First of all, let me explain you why I need a website. It will be created to attract people about different subjects, but the principal subject will be "working from home". The challenge of building this website is that it's going to be in French. Don't worry, I will tell you everything you need to know so you can write the good things at the good places. I'm perfectly bilingual (French/English) and I hope you are talking well English also. I need a website with a few design restrictions. Here are the following: - The website must look simple and unique; - The website must have a business and professional look; - The website must allow technologic applications (As listed below); - The website must have a young and fresh look (not 1998 looking website) - The website must allow simple animations and good quality pictures - The website must have royal blue and white as dominating colors (Color schemes) Here is the "style" I would like: <[login to view URL]> (Looks like twitter website style, Skype style, simple and fresh, round corners) You can get an example of how would I like the "structure" to look like: <[login to view URL]> As you can see on <[login to view URL]>, there's a video on the right, the subscribe form under it, the search bar over it and the blog in the middle that comes down the website. This is the kind of "structure" I want. I will tell you more specification for the structure as the project goes forward. --- Here are the programs and applications that I need in the website: - Lead capture page (Subscribe to get name and e-mail list) with auto responder linked for the free newsletter I'm providing; - Automatic Date (In the corner up left like in [login to view URL]); - Middleware (Ex. People can post comments by their facebook accounts); - Being able to Post Videos; - Blog (easy to admin myself, like wordpress); - Make the logo (If you have a graphic designer); - E-commerce (we'll be working together on the details); - Membership login; - Another fill form application where I can take more of people's information and stock it in a database; - A "contact-me" form so they can ask me questions and I can answer them back; I'm looking for someone who has these qualifications: Someone who is serious and that I can trust, Good in design (look), good in coding and programming, good in English communication skills, has good imagination and able to understand what I imagine as website.
