I wish to hire someone who is able to redraw and reproduce the attached image in a realistic manner (not plasticky or fake-looking). Some minor customisations would be there. eg: add a work safety helmet, change colour of face, etc. If this is successful, we can potentially look at a long-term contract with hundreds of images in small batches.
