Project 1C - Image Redraw - Cloud Head

Detailed description of scope: 1. Redraw the image “P1C-Img1” clearly with customisations as below (in a realistic original manner eliminating fake/plasticky feel) 2. Please pay attention to detail and requirement description as this is intended to support a technical training/ document. Hence, the details MUST be paid attention to. 3. Man needs to wear industrial clothes such as the coverall we had used previously. 4. Image must have a clear transparent background so it fits on any colour slide. Please re create the head and it's own cloud only. No background anything as it should be transparent. 5. Within the big cloud on head, have the following words in random swirling fashion (NOT in line or straight; should appear random and swirling manner separately and independently, indicating confusion and complication). Words are "Materials, Productivity, Costs, Schedule, Labour" 6. The cloud should have grey areas indicating turbulence and rainy/ stormy and showery weather. 7. The image is meant to show all the things line management have to deal with every hour every day. The things that distract him at work are shown. Please keep this in mind while redrawing. General Terms and Conditions: • You would need to complete the task and submit it in pdf (high-res, low-res), jpg, tiff formats. • Upon receipt of milestone payment, you also give us the native design files (unlocked or unprotected) for our reference and ownership. • Your quote price would be include the redraw (including 1st custom changes as above) + 2 rounds further small customisations (eg: changing hat colour, dress, face and nationality and skin tone, etc) • If the further customisation is so major that it involves a total redraw, then it would be considered separately and paid accordingly after discussion and mutual written consent in advance. • Suggested Time Frame for Completion – 3 working days (Indicate in advance please if you need more time)
