I am looking for expert programmer that has at least 5 years experience in web scraping, data mining, web crawling and MYSQL databases. This is for a large project. I will discuss details exactly only after I see proven experience. Do not send canned responses if your description and experience is not posted I will delete the response as I don’t have time to waste I am looking for someone that has a proven track record and is serious and has great communication skills and I will only discuss with the programmer not a project manager...
