Cross Platform app with the following features. Picture Category app thats swipes to next photo and back in a profile. 1. Capability to add tag icon to various parts of photo. 2. Tag Icon will open to page or popup with link/text information. 3. Photos and Text not stored locally, mysql/mariadb. 4. Ability to categorize profiles/users. 5. Runs on Ios or Android. Looking to get this published in stores so experience is a plus. Utilizing a template to build from is ok as long as the initial features are met.
