Android Picture of the Day Widget

App should be: - It should just be an 2x2 widget, no app in the app list.. its just a widget. - the widget should update every 4 hours to see IF it can get a new pic, if it can, update the widget icon with the new pic, if it cant, then keep the image it has - when a user clicks the widget, it just opens a full screen box to see the entire image - on the box, it should have admob at the top and right next to that 2 buttons, a refresh and a close icon - the refresh button should just do a manual pull of the latest image - the close icon, closes that box - if they click admob, it does what its supposed to do - I also want the source code I have a simple website url, that only shows a different car picture a day. This is not xxx. Its car pics for a car club. Price wise is about 100-125 for me. This WILL lead to more projects as I have a list of them to get done with specs and all.
