This is a wordpress site with a theme that has a control panel. This project is to: fix the CSS issues on the site create a new transparent logo that works with the color scheme add a few options that the theme has that I cant figure out (1 or 2 options) I can give you access to the admin portal, this is not a high priced gig either.
