3d Models as props & accessories; Rig & Set-driven keys for some props; simple lighting set-up; edit current Facial blendshape

HI! I'm looking for a 3D Maya Generalist who can provide models as props and accessories for my characters, do few rigs and set-driven keys for some props, and create two lighting set-ups both for interior and exterior scenes, also do few edits on my current facial rig set-up and blendshapes (eyebrows and eyes only). I really don't need super detailed models, as long as they're of good quality (smooth poly, material and texture), close to the reference images provided, and have good and believable rigs and set-driven keys, and correct lightings (for two scenes), then I'm all okay with these. SUMMARY: MODELS not too complex props - 39 props or accessories to be modeled (categorized into 8 groups), - 2 out of 39 models are to be provided by me, these models only need simple rigs and set-driven keys, according to my specification (details provided through private message) - 9 out of 39 models also need simple rigs and set-driven keys, according to my specification (details provided through private message) - all models should be rendered in smooth poly (good quality models), but the bidder should be wise enough to make each model in moderate meshes, so as not to eat big chunks on the file while I use the models in my animation. MATERIALS / TEXTURE for each model: - Textures - not too fancy. Not all models require textures just simple materials. - Materials - should have all the attributes according to my specification, I must change the color and textures easily. LIGHTING for TWO SCENES: For lightings, I prefer simple lighting set-ups for each. A 3-point set-up will do. As long as they're believable lightings. - 1) interior - room: white background, white light, no shadows cast at any sides of the characters. - 2) outdoor - sunny: light blue background, light grey foreground, sun rays cast on the characters, with shadows. CHARACTER: - to be provided by me for reference. FEW ADDITIONAL RIGGING FACE SET-UP / BLENDSHAPES - I already have a character with complete body and facial rigs, as well as blendshapes. The facial rigs set up and blendshapes were all done by a freelancer here, but I don't like what he did for the eyebrows and eyes. So I just like to make some few edits only for the said parts. BIDDER/FREELANCER: - 10-12 days working time - should be opened for revisions when needed - must sign confidentiality form - payment: 50% upon starting, and 50% when everything's done, including revisions (only when needed) - must have a constant communication and update me from time to time.
