Two Pages of AMP Wesbite -- 2

Hi, I'm building an AMP website (Accelerated Mobile pages). GOALS: 1) This is for two pages - must absolutely be AMP compatible and accepted fully by Google 2) The site must be responsive and light as possible in size and speed 3) Must meet Google Page Speed insights of 90%. Ideally built entirely in HTML/CSS with small Js for dynamic components. There are only two complicated parts to this project: 1) Form input fields 2) Price Table Look-Up based on Variables using Js. or CSV Table (e.g. No Database please) FORM INPUT FIELDS - Material design example: [login to view URL] - The Dog-Type field is most complex as it must be free/form text drop-down - I haven't specified this as I'd like to keep as native as library as possible and would like your suggestion - It must be a dynamic (something like [login to view URL] - but ideally cleaner) - I'm a developer myself and will be hand reviewing the code. - Input fields must be persistent, so we need cookies 2) Price table will be provided shortly; this is a second page, and will be on a second URL - Mysite..com/Choose-Plan - Pricing on "choose-Plan" page will be dynamic based on input fields on the home page (e.g. Dog type). - I have some code that pretty much does this, but dynamically on single page... But i suggest you start clean to make speed higher. The final design files will be shared to the winner. There is also a small piece to have "input details" page; but this will be another very static page. The two pages must be fully responsive/Dynamic. For the right person, this will be a longer job as I need several template pages as well as payment integration etc.. But that's not in scope for this project. I am open to CMS or Frame-Work (Drupal/React/Node etc). HOWEVER - we will not accept any work that does not reach the goals. I'm looking for a good/basic coder who can name things correct so we can add proper optimisation on-top.
