Hello, as a 3D Generalist, Technical artist, I may propose you the solution, first you need to have the obj rigged in mixamo structure (its easier in this case) then either pick FBX or GLTF, I would recommend you pick GLTF since it is more light weight and open file format compare to Autodesk FBX, as for the facial texture part it would depend on how you load with GLTF or FBX. To be honest I don't have much experience in JavaScript so this would be a nice chance for someone technical like me to properly learn it than just having Python C/C++ Java on yourside.
