I cannot file Spanish tax returns as Google will not accept Java Script

I need someone to help me get Javascript accepted on my computer for submission of tax returns for Spain. There are certain forms that will not accept without Javascript. I have tried to load this alot of times yet apparently on the Java website it says that Chrome and Firefox no longer accept Java Run app. Yet there is a way round it apparently. Need help and idiots guide.
