XML Content Management & Reporting Systems

An XML file will be submitted to the database. I will need to generate reports for about 40 items in the XML file and manage the rest of the data in that same XML file. 1) It is important that the reports are "NOT" Excel. 2) Must have Tab-Deliminators. 3) I will need a control panel. 4) I will need permessions for multi-level users (Manager, Supervisor, etc). 5) "MUST" have the portability to move from database to database. Experience with Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8 will get you great consideration. (Must show sample of work with LiveCycle) Also if you have developed a reporting system in the past, providing a sample will give you the best possible chance of winning the job.
