Create script for extracting pricing information from website's

I am looking for someone to deliver a script that will be installed on websites and works as follows; 1. Shoppers visits shopping cart 2. Script extracts pricing for the products in the shopping cart (pre discount and post discount) 3. Script compares data with an external API 4. If product isn't present in API, no further actions 5. If script identifies a match, script compares pricing 6. Script creates a report and attaches a screen shot You need to have experience with similar projects and be knowledgeable enough to make suggestions as to the best way to execute this functionality on web and mobile. The script will need to include a graphical seal that will display on the website where this script is installed. Your code must be clean and well structured. The script must be super light weight. We have a full development team but we are outsourcing this project in order to save time. You'll need to provide an example of the script working before it is moved to the production server on our site. You will be required to sign an NDA. Please submit a bid along with your relevant experience and a technical explanation (doesn't have to be too detailed) on how you would tackle this. The reason I ask for that is so we can get an idea of your level of expertise. We know how we would build this, we want to hear how you would =) Thanks!
