User Entry Form with Basic Calculations & Output Table

Job Description: This Project includes TWO simple Forms. 1) This is a simple user form that creates a financial statement that will be displayed to the user. Provided are the HTML form to enhance, the Excel File containing basic calculations to create the financial. Our programmers will integrate your completed files into our website. Note: Some basic graphic design may be required for the User Entry Form. 2) Recreate this form: [login to view URL] ========================================================================================== Project Pay: $30 This project requires: 1) Create a User Entry Form (I have provided a HTML Form to edit/modify) 2) Programming to perform basic calculations (addition, division, multiplication) as provided in an Excel Worksheet. 3) Produce a Output Table to display to user. Technical Data Requirements 1) Database Server: SQL Server 2005 (Our server would store all data entry variables entered by user) 2) Platform: .NET Framework 2.0 or Higher (its common now) 3) Provide all source code and original Photoshop files 4) Provide all business logic code, user interface code, and database 5) Have the “Financial Form” results and visual graphics displayed in a webpage form that can be embedded into a website link or within a current site. Java Script on client side calculations Please use javascript to do calculations, validations, etc on the client side. Avoid server side processing as much as possible – unless absolutely necessary.
