An ASP.NET, C#, Ajax, and Javascript developer

We are looking for a senior programmer specializing in Ajax, asp.net, C # and JavaScript. The project is developing different applications build in ASPX. Ajax and JavaScript are languages which are used frequently in these projects, therefore high level skills for these languages are required. We are also working with [login to view URL] Open Source components. It is important that the provider has knowledge of these components. If you have extensive knowledge of JavaScript and are capable of solving complex JavaScript problems, then we are also interested in your proposal. 1. It is a big plus if you have knowledge of [login to view URL] and Ext.net. Specifically knowledge about [login to view URL] is important, because we are developing in ASPX. 2. Very important, we are looking for a troubleshooter. Someone who comes up with solutions and not just with questions. 3. Someone who is able to work independently. 4. Someone who is able to work independently. You get access to a private test server, from which you have to work using Remote Desktop. 5. Someone who has a good internet connection and good facilities for quick programming. We use a rapid test / development server, but since this server is located at our location, it is important that you have a good internet speed to work with Remote Desktop. 6. We are looking for a person who is available full time (160 hours per month). 7. We are also looking for a dedicated developer. Someone who focuses only on our projects and who is not distracted by other projects. 8. It is very important that we find someone who has years of experience and knowledge in JavaScript and ASPX. We have tried in the past with junior developers, but it was absolutely no success. For us it was a painful learning curve, but also for the developers involved it was not pleasant to be always behind with the development in comparison to my other developers. We would like to receive a proposal based on 160 hours.
