website - long term arrangement

We are looking for a long term association with a provider who can provide us simple 6 to 8 pages website. We will provide the complete design including the layout. You just need to create HTML/CSS/javasripts and include the page details. Our budget is $ 40 for 5 websites, which is $8 per site. Based on the performance of the provider, we will retain the provider for one year. All bids above $40 as well as bids without "ivar" at the begining will be ignored. Please show or provide us two sites you created with HTML/CSS/Javascripts.
