Need a java program written that will send a e-mail when value is set to 1 in dbid field in database table
For example,
the java program will connect to db table.
Then execute 'select dbid from table where dbid=1'
if the dbid field is 1
Then Script will send email
and then update the field to 0
My backend Database is Oracle.
And i have windows server 2003
