HTML and JavaScript calculator and form validation -- 2

I need a simple calculator with some rules and a form validation. It needs to be done with DOM level 2 event handlers, AVOID inline javascript(input type=button onclick=function()), need to use 'addEventListenter=example' instead. I have attached a pdf with the instructions and rules needed for the forms and calculator. I need this done in about 7 hours.
