Reproduce web page

I will show you 4 websites. You have to graphically recreate/copy the home page with some minor alterations, and supply me the design in PNG format. No website functionality required, just copy and reproduce original design in png format using photoshop? Want to work with you on this over weekend so ready by Tuesday. Must be easily contactable and can make minor changes until right.$50 for the 4 graphics. you must be on the ball, professuional and creative in your work and we see what other work we can do together.
