Site Transfers To New Server

I have 30 blogs running on 3 IP's (10 on each)on Host Gator I want them transferred to a dedicated server running WHM Normally can auto transfer but with gator, it needs to be manually. My dedicated Server host has said to do it this way... Login to each cPanel account Go through making a backup to a remote FTP server You set the remote server to be your dedicated server (setup a username/password for it) This will backup the account to your dedicated. We/You restore the account on your dedicated Repeat for all your cPanel logins I need someone technically capable as I dont want to mess this up. Do not want a data entry person but someone who knows what they are doing regarding dedicated servers as this is sensitive work. More work afterwards if you are a professional.
