Quick Flash+PHP Project: Dynamic Beizer curve in Flash +PHP

I'm looking for existing code in AS3 and PHP which does what this url does [login to view URL] Select 'Click hee to start dancing' . Select 'Next' and upload any photo. Once the photo is uploaded you'll see that the image is overlayed with a curve controlled by dots. This is what I'm looking for, only the curve with the multi-controlled dots. You need to provide me the code in AS3 which has only this feature. The user can control the curves and add in more control points as he likes and remove them as well. You need to have a finish button which will send this data to PHP which redraws this in PHP as a shape and outputs an image. Please note that it should send the information and not the bitmap data. Please send me a link to only this feature so that I can choose you. You can watermark your swf if needed. I'm looking for already existing code and my budget is 50$.
