Long term designer required

Hello, I am looking for a designer on a permanent basis to handle all my design requirements. lots of continous work guaranteed. if quality is good and cost is compititive. i want to know the general costs for the following things: 1] templates (psd, slices, css) 2] flash presentation 3] logos 4] flash games (2d) Right now, i have a project of flash presentation and i would like to get a quote for that .
