Integrating design into html pages

Hello, I have few static html pages of a website. We need to change the design of the [login to view URL] have the design template approvee. We also provide all the content. I just need to replace the previous layout with the new design. I have got lots of work in the future, and would prefer developers who are good in html, javascript, php, asp etc. Continous work is guaranteed, if the quality and cost is compititive. details and old pages will be provided to selected developer.
