Need Powerful Flash Website Headers

I need professional flash-based headers developed for my web clients. Dimensions are 738px wide by 350px high. The headers will be used in a template that is selected for the client. No nav links will be required. Most of the templates will be multicultural, but are primarily targeted for US African Americans. Templates span multiple industries, but I am looking for expertise/capabilities in the following: African-American churches, hair salons, medical, business/finance, real estate, musicians, Christian ministry I am also looking graphic professionals who provide excellent customer service, good communication, timely response, originality, innovation, quick turnaround, flexibility and lots of EXPERIENCE in Flash and Graphic Design (logo design is a plus). Additionally, I am looking for low cost as I have many projects lined up and am looking to establish a long term relationship with trusted graphics professionals.
