Project overview: We're looking for an experienced customer support agent to provide professional and friendly service to our email and Etsy messages. We average 1-5 incoming messages per day. Many of the messages received follow similar themes so most can be replied to quickly and independently. A summary of issues, shipping changes, returns, and unique questions will need be relayed back to us. We mill also give access to our shipping platform ([login to view URL]) so you can easily make shipping changes. About us: We sell push pin maps via Etsy and our own ecommerce site. This project requires: - Fluent writing skills in English - Ability to emphasize with customers to find a solution to problems - Ability to quickly summarize communication with customers and relay information back to us.
