Product Marketing - Digital Content Strategist

Role Description:
Based on the deep understanding of product, user, and market, you create marketing collateral, promotional assets, and brand messages to increase product adoption and usage.
Ideal Candidates
Know how to effectively communicate about product value in written and visual content
Ability to create content and messaging, and properly position the product based on deep understanding of the competitive landscape as well as the users and prospects
Know how to communicate emphatically in written/visual format to compel people to take action
Have an eye and sensibility for great visual content that is easy to consume: Assume the role of producers/editors of marketing content to ensure the way it looks, feels, and is written resonates with the target audience
Experience in content planning and production for various format: Concept planning, copywriting, storytelling, visualization, storyboarding, wireframing for writings, graphics, videos, webpages, events
User research skills: user survey and interview, documentation, report, organizing and archiving
Inquisitive about why users and prospects are adopting/not adopting our product
Team player, detail oriented, quick to learn new tools, strategic, analytical, creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, good decision maker, great communicator
Responsibilities:
Content planning and production: Plan and produce compelling marketing assets along with designer/videographer that are succinct, aesthetically pleasing, and backed by user research.
Examples of content: banners, landing pages, emails, brochures, user testimonials, user stories, brand messages, blog posts, comparison charts, videos, presentations, webinars, social posts, user guides, event booth design, etc.
User research: Create surveys, gather a pool of interview candidates, conduct interviews, create summaries and reports, draw findings
Marketing initiatives: Plan marketing campaigns and promotions for product adoption and brand awareness for different channels
Research the market by regularly observing online conversations and talking to prospects and users
Closely work with Partnership Team to create and distribute communication materials specific to each channel and audience
Closely work with designer/videographer to product content
Skills & Experience
3-5 years of relevant work experience that can span content creation/production, marketing, product marketing, product management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Know how to use design tools: CANVA, Photoshop, Illustrator
Basic office software: (Microsoft or Google) Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Experience working in technology, infrastructure, or platform companies is preferred
