Program:
Need to verify if a range of cellular numbers if they are active or inactive. Active cell numbers will be used to send SMS/TEXT messages, via a bulk mailer we already have.
I need a program that will call all cell numbers within a range, let it ring only once. If it rings, then this number is a valid existing number. If it gets a busy ring, this too is a valid number. If any other returned or confirmation that indicates this cell is not in use, then this cell is INVALID.
Only one of the following conditions should occur:
1. Ringing only = Active
2. Ringing and answered=Active
3. No ring=INACTIVE
4. No Ring, but operator answered=INACTIVE
Range example: From 591.0001 to 594.9999.
Also, the caller ID must be hidden. I do not want this MISSED call to be identified.
The result is to report all VALID, INVALID or none existence numbers.
Possible Tracking mechanism:
Perhaps, the readings of the “AT commands” of the USB/PCI modem with a GSM SIMM chip will give you the best results with the computer running the script. The AT commands tracks every step of the process
To be run on a Windows 7 PC
I have 2 GSM WaveCom USB modems for this project.
