SATO Label Gallery Configuration

I need someone who can study the label printer program SATO label gallery and provide configuration solutions to the applications i wish to use this product for. I do not have the time to learn this product but i want to use it on some projects. The person who will secure this work should be able to communicate with me clearly and understand the basis of the applications that i wish to use the product for then for that person to go study the software and provide back to me the solution. The software is available in DEMO mode for free download so the winning consultant can get it and all the documentation easy. An example of what i want to use the product for is as follows: My client has 4 produciton lines making products and putting them in boxes. I will install a SATO printer and applicator machine at each line to print and apply barcode labels to the boxes. I wish to have a touchscreen/ windows PC located in the production area where the operator can go to select a production line printer then scroll through a list of products and select a new variant to be printed. The the operator will input the date that will need to be included on the label and select a print go command to transmit the print request to the printer. This process would be performed regularly for each printer in the plant. The label formats would be defined using the design side of the program and linked to a database (simple like excel) This would allow a few templates to be used with many data file entries. The Touchscreen interface should be easy to navigate using fingertip or stylus and not contain. I understand the program SATO label gallery provides tools to facilitate all of the above.
