Successful DOWNLOAD TRACKER for EXE file

Hello, I need a Hit + Download tracker to track how many downloads have been successfully done. We have only 1 file of 5 MB to track so its easy work. Here is the list of features: - Add campaign with URL of the FILE to download. - Generate download link HIT tracking link. - Show reports of number of times the download link has been HIT and the number of completed downloads out of these HITS. The purpose of this is to check if visitors really downloads our software or do they just CLICK on the link without downloading the file. The script should be in ASP and should not use MYSQL DB if possible since it will be installed on a dedicated windows ASP server and the numbers of clicks and downloads will be low. We have the FTP access only at this time so if you can do with a mini DB like a file etc. That would be great. The payment will be done by GAF escrow only. The work must be done as soon as possible please. Thanks.
