Online Web classified system

This is an unfinished project which possess all the graphic interface completed and converted into HTML/ASP. The project can be continued from where it is or it can be start from scratch. Its a web site on which users can register and use their services. The services are the posting of classifieds, shoppers, banners through the web site and their business information. The users have two ways of register(Basic and Premium membership). The basic membership is a free service on which nothing will be charge unless they decide to upgrade any of the services. The premium membership will be payed through PayPal monthly in order to continue using any of the premium services that the user may have selected. The banners can The services that will be available for the users are the followings: Banners: the users can publish their promotions trough the web site. There will be a user interface on which they can upload their banners. This isn't a free service they will have to pay monthly depending on the location of the banner through the web site. The banners will be in jpg, png, gif and swf formats. The system shouldn't accept any other format and there are specific sizes for the banners that are going to be upload. Classifieds: the user can publish anything that they are selling. There are two membership for this service (Basic and Premium) Basic is free and you cant post limited information. Premium has a monthly fee and you can post more information than in the Basic membership. It uses Google earth to show the town on which the classified is origin. Shoppers: the user can publish a shopper about his/her business. There's two membership for this service (Small Business and Mega Stores) Small Business membership has a different fee than Mega Stores but in each of the you can post a limit of 10 shopper pages. This pages will be in jpg, png and gif formats. The system shouldn't accept any other format and may need to resize the images that are going to be upload. Theres a search system for each of the services (except for the banners services). The search for the business can be done trough a flash map which is already designed in flash. Theres an administration module on which the web site administrator can create and disable accounts, delete and banned the classifieds, shoppers, banners and business that are being punished by the users. Theres an users module on which they can make payments (sending them to PayPal) and edit their information.
