I need some C# routines that will extract ALL emails from a user's Outlook, Exchange Server or Outlook Express (I assume they are all different) and output text files in Eudora's MBX format. The MBX format is extremely simple and very similar to unix text mailbox format, only the separating text is different.
If possible, I would like to preserve the directory structure of the folders in Outlook, et al. This is simply achieved in the MBX format by the creation of .FOL directories containing additional .MBX files, nothing terribly special or complicated here. I do not require the creation of the associated .TOC files for this project.
If you can read the Outlook, et al data, the output will be relatively simple.
This is intended to be a one time operation, not a continuous one, so additional emails received in Outlook, et al in the future need not be later scanned and integrated, even though this would not be a feature I would turn down if offered as part of a package.
Obviously, if a user name and password is needed to acquire the data, these should be obtained from the user through a simple test interface. No Gui aside from a testing harness is required for this project
I require thorough testing of all three environments.
At this point, I do not require importation of any other data like calendar data or address book data and the like, just the emails themselves.
Thank you for your bids.
