ABOUT US We are an e-commerce company providing racing fan wear (clothes and accessories) and shipping world wide. JOB DESCRIPTION Currently we only provide Dutch and English support. As new web shops are targeted for Germany, Italy, France and Spain we are looking for freelance customer support staff that can handle one or more languages of: German, Italian, French and Spanish. HOW IT WILL WORK We will give you access to our customer support tool and ordering system and show you how to use it. You will check this tool daily (week days) from your computer to see if there are customer e-mails in your language. When there are e-mails, you will answer them and try to provide assistance. The customer support involves: chat, e-mail and phone. Required is a good internet connection (to receive phone calls) and good skills of English as English is the main language to interact with other departments. Workload will be little in the beginning (8 hours a week) but will grow as the targetted webshops will receive more traffic.

Hello, I am a native Italian speaker but was born in the German speaking part of Switzerland where I attended primary and secondary school, commercial college as well as hotel management school. I have worked as personal assistant in Zurich (3 years) and New York City (2 years) as well as successfully completed a hotel management training in NYC which lead to working in Reception and Revenue/Reservations for 8 years (for an independent hotel and for a Meridien hotel) before moving to London where I worked in the revenue department of a Hilton hotel for 2 years.
