3D Modeler for a series of hight relief wall sculptures

These sculptures are in the scale of 60" H by 100" W by up 10" D. Most of my 20+ forms such as the one shown have been created in wood, HDU, and even fiberglass. With some compositions, my craft employs simply 90 degree angles: however, for interest, as the image displays most of my chosen angles slope at various angles, 45-60 degree is typical. Additionally, the large flat frontal planes are all set an angles: these are not parallel to the background wall. Overall, these visually interconnected 'puzzle pieces' combine a sense of historical cubism with abstract expressionist brushwork in line. You may notice that within each frontal plane, there are various levels creating numerous planes, the various levels shown depict rather low relief forms, but the next phase in my work is intended to emphasize the height of these various levels, and even experiment with planes which are offset, for instance not parallel to the large backgroud planes. Additionally, each of these multiple 'internal' sections slope to an alternate level, my attempt at creating interesting textural push/pull within the overall visual statement. Finally, my concept calls for the five puzzle pieces (4 feet x 3 feet x 12 inches) to be constructed to include a back on each, I do not desire to have the finished piece to have an open back, but an enclosed form is the my preference. I need to prime and paint this artwork. All edges need to be smooth, for example free of mold section lines as in casting needing clean-up. Please see [login to view URL] for other variations. I have seen various thicknesses walls of 3D casting. I am open to discussion of your suggestions, my tendency to to discuss walls which are of the thicker variety. My work is in the Renwick Gallery of American Art of the Smithsonian in DC. I need to know turn around, cost, etc. Deliverables: 1) The 3D modelling or CAD file of the sculpture. note that it won't be the same as the attachment, that one is a finished piece. 2) Either the 3D print or HBU sculpture. Ideally I would prefer someone who can actually do the sculpture, but I'm open to consider 3D printing for this project too. 3) Shipping As shipping is an expense, I prefer to work with a designer who lives in relative proximity to Asheville NC or in US (not mandatory) Thank you
