I'm looking for a developer who can replicate a person based on gpt. The functions I want are as follows. Development environment: Python 1. When I put in a YouTube link, I create a gpt model that has the person's personality, tone, and knowledge. 2. The model made in No. 1 and the app that can chat using gpt api (this is already made with flutter). What I want is to develop No. 1 into Python.
