Once the registration info is submitted using the gform a trigger will shoot the whatsapp message to the filled contact number with the prefilled template as of your choice. As the Zapier does ton such a function to send a message directly to client, I can suggest you to have a third application between these two (e.g. any CRM system - Bitrix24 or Hubspot) in order to have availability to send the message.
