Questionnaire/Test in Java or Flash
We need to create a questionnaire/test in Java or Flash that we can use on our web site.
1 Most questions will have multiple choice answers
2. Acouple of questions require the user to drag a line to match things on the right side and the left side.
3. Each question will have a time limit before automatically moving on to the next question. The user should also be able to press Next if they answer the question quicker than expected
4. We should be able to set this time for each question
5. We should be able to set what percentage is a pass rate
6. We should be able to add, remove and edit questions (Editing XML/properties file is not a problem for us)
7. The first page should be a Introduction page > second page test instructions with a Start button
8. If the user passes we will send them to 1 URL, if they fail they will be sent to another. These URL should be editable by us.
9 The questions should be shown randomly every time the test is taken so that users can't familiarize themselves with the test by taking it over and over.
Design/ layout. At this stage we do not want to much effort into design. We first need a functioning tool. Design and layouts will be a separate bid request.
When bidding please provide a description of what you can you will offer, how it will work and when you can have a prototype ready.
