Wordress - Bug Fix - Modal Dialog Popups now Appearing at Bottom of Screen

I use an Adblock Notify plugin that notifies people when they are using Adblocking software. This used to appear as a modal dialog popup but now it is appearing at the bottom of the screen under all content. The same thing is happening to other modal dialogs on my site. Here is a link to test: [login to view URL] (You will need to be using adblocker software to see the bug, I am testing in Chrome). Please fix the bug and let me know how you fixed it.
