Hola, soy programador php, html, css, mysql, sqlserver, bootstrap, vb y varios otros, me interesa su proyecto, podria realizarlo en php con codeigniter y una base de datos que puede ser mysql, usando como clave el dni se puede hacer que cada afiliado vea solo sus pedidos, con un listado de practicas, uno de afiliados, uno de estados , otro de auditores y una tabla mas con los movimientos.
