Hello Freelancer team, We are a full fledged marketing company looking for an additional skilled & hard working full time wordpress website manager/developer to work with on a regular basis. The chosen winner will be paid $1,000 Canadian dollars per month on an on-going retainer basis. Some of the key criteria we are looking for: 1. Dedicated hard working individual 2. Is adept at problem solving and finding solutions to problems 3. Is a team player and expected to be on weekly team calls 4. Fluent in all things wordpress & troubleshooting 5. Can speak english (does not need to be perfect but enough to communicate) 7. Does not have current full time or part time work and can dedicate the necessary time to this job Daily tasks which are assorted from: 1. Troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of existing sites 2. Taking charge of ongoing optimizations of website speed, landing pages, submission forms, and design geared towards conversion rates and lower bounce rates 3. Has a good understanding of google tag manager, google analytics, and google search console 3. Able to work with and add value to existing sites 4. Buildouts of new sites BONUS if you are adept in website designs and photoshop Please have your submission with the following: 1. State at the beginning of your entry "I am an independent worker" 2.
