Things that it must be able to do: 1. Must have a server where our coaches can access with their designated accounts that the founders or so called managers of the software created for them. 2. Must have a dashboard on the left side, where all the tabs can be seen. On top of the dashboard, it must have "Welcome, Felicia" or something of this sort to ensure that they enter the correct account. 3. Allows changes of password for the coaches so that others couldn't have access to them. And also allow changing of particulars. 4. Dashboard on the left side should includes: Classes Schedule, Leave Application, Training Program, Payroll. This is all for now and must be able to add in the future for expansion. 5. Class schedules must be able to work like a calendar, able to add events, notes as well as notification to the coaches in their handphone. 6. Coaches are only able to view their available classes. While the managers (four of us) can see the overview of all the classes available, all the payroll or man hours, all the leave applied, training progress of the Coaches. 7. Leave must be shown in the calendar to be valid and must be able to block the managers from setting class for the coaches who have already applied leave.
