416000 Tweak Wordpress Equilibrium

I would like to have a 'bug' fixing in the wordpress equilibrium theme and some modifications as described in the word-attachment. In short : - the picture in the single post page should be outlined at the left. In the word attachment you see that the picture has some left padding. In the demo of the theme the picture is outlined at the right. I want the same outlining but the picture can also be placed at the left. Maby the bug has something to do with my server settings because the demo is working on this. -the leave a reply box should be below the picture. See screenshot. -I want to have thumbnails included the category pages and the search results page. -I want to have a Page (instead of post) in which the thumbnails are presented just like the latest posts. Only just with a rating below the post The theme should work on my server and I have the login details. Can you make an estimation and notify me how many days you need to realize the modifications.
