Looking for a cross-platform app developer to create a simple notification app. The user sets the following: - Frequency (20, 40 or 60 min) - Time Range (eg. 9:00am - 5:00pm) - Day (eg. Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun) Based on the user's settings (frequency, time range and day), a notification pops up on the user's computer. There's probably about 50 different notification text. The app picks and shows one randomly each time. If the user clicks on the notification, the app will open and show the notification text in full. There needs to be support for hyperlinks on the full text. The app needs to dock into the system tray. The user can right-click the system tray icon to quickly turn the notifications on/off, open the settings or quit the app. I'll be providing the UI design/graphics to the successful applicant.
